Cancelation: Products from Room & Wall Art, are produced upon order by customer. When the order is made it goes directly to the producer and can hence not be changed nor be canceled after the payment has gone through.
Complaints and returns: In the event of the receipt of; 1) the wrong goods in accordance to actual order, 2) damaged goods due to production error, or 3) damaged goods due to freight (the latter must be documented by the post and include a photo of the damage and a case number), the customer has to contact Room & Wall Art immediately - no later than one week after the reception of the item, in order to promoting a complaint. In situations such as the above mentioned the order can be adjourned upon request by the customer, and the full amount willl be returned to the credit card that was charged in accordance to the purchase.
