Shopping in our online store is easy and safe.

We use Vipps, debit- and credit cards and PayPal as payment solutions and you choose which of the aforementioned payment methods you wish to use.

Cancellation, undo/return,
complaint/return

Cancellation

Products in our online store are produced to order from the customer. When an order is placed by the customer, it goes directly to the manufacturer and therefore cannot be canceled after payment has gone through.

 

Undo/return

It is possible to use the right of cancellation for 14 days after the purchase has been made as long as the product is in perfect condition when returned. Note! In case of cancellation/return the customer will be charged an amount of 10% of the total purchase price for costs associated with the production, the total of the shipping costs and any customs duty. This amount will be deducted by the seller from the purchase sum before the money is returned to the card/account with which the customer paid for the ordered item. Read more about ours Terms of sale for undo/return.

Faulty product/return

​On receipt of the wrong product in relation to the actual order, the wrong product must be returned to us immediately and no later than one week after customer received the wrong product. A new/correct product will be sent to the customer immediately when the incorrect product has been returned and received by us. Read more about ours Terms of sale for faulty goods/returns.

Complaints/returns - damaged product due to manufacturing defects or shipping/transport

Upon receipt of a damaged product due to a manufacturing defect or due to shipping, the customer must upon receipt of the product immediately and at the latest within one week of receiving the product, return the damaged product with attached photo documentation of the damage and shipping number, in order to promote a complain. A new corresponding product will be sent to the customer immediately when the damaged product has been returned and received by us. Read more about ours Terms of sale for complaints/returns.

Shipping

Shipping/Transport in Norway

Products ordered from our online store are transported free of charge and delivered to the customer's door by our carrier, as long as it is possible to drive all the way to the door. Estimated arrival time is normally within approx. 30 days from when the order was received in the online store.

 

Shipping/Transport abroad

Ordered products from our online store are transported free of charge and delivered to the customer's door in central areas, as long as it is possible for our carrier to drive all the way to the door. Estimated arrival time is normally within approx. 30 days from when the order was received in the online store.

 

Customs

Note! Please note that the ordered product may be charged a customs duties upon importation. The amount of potential duty depends on tariffs in the country to which the customer has ordered the product. The customs fee is not included in the purchase price and will be charged directly to the customer - this part of the process will not be managed by our online store or Room & Wall Art.
