MATERIAL

The motif is printed on high-quality acrylic glass with a metal backing and integrated wall mount (screws for wall mounting not included). Weight approx. 1-10 kg depending on size.

DELIVERY

All products are printed upon order and have individual production times. Production starts immediately after payment has been registered and received in the online store. Expected delivery time is 4–6 weeks.

Delivery is made exclusively to the address provided by the customer when ordering. The customer is responsible for being available to receive the goods at the time specified by the carrier.

The seller does not offer delivery to alternative delivery points, post offices, parcel boxes or similar, as the products are of high value and require personal receipt. Delays due to circumstances beyond the seller's control do not provide grounds for cancellation unless the purpose of the purchase is significantly impaired, cf. the Norwegian Purchase Act § 26.

PACKING

For environmental reasons, packaging is reused where possible and appropriate for the safety of the image during shipping.

INSURANCE

All art prints are shipped with transport insurance ordered by the seller. The insurance covers damage that occurs during transport until delivery to the address specified by the customer. The risk for the goods is transferred to the customer when the carrier has attempted delivery to the specified address. The insurance does not cover damage or loss that occurs if the customer is not available for receipt, or if the goods cannot be delivered to the address due to circumstances on the customer's side.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS

For customers outside Norway: The customer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, VAT and any local fees in the recipient country. The seller has no role in the customs clearance process and is not aware of the individual country's rules, rates or procedures. Any costs related to import are in addition to the product price and are handled by the customer.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations cannot be made after production has begun. Changes after ordering must be approved by the seller and may result in changes to the price and delivery time.

WRONG PRODUCT

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 7 days. Once the seller has received the item and confirmed the defect, the correct item will be shipped to the customer as soon as possible.

COMPLAINT

Damage and defects upon receipt: Visible damage, transport damage or defects upon delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Complaints must be documented with photos.

Manufacturing defects: In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must report the matter within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned to the seller within 7 days of the complaint being reported. Once the seller has received the item and confirmed the manufacturing defect, a similar item without manufacturing defects will be sent to the customer as soon as possible.

Other defects: For other defects, the warranty periods according to the Consumer Purchase Act apply. Subjective assessments of artistic expression, color perception or motif selection are not considered defects.
