Shipping in Norway

Ordered/purchased product will be delivered free of charge to the customer's front door at street level. Nb! Delivery only applies to the address provided, provided that the current address has sufficient/satisfactory accessibility for the driver/car to the street door. Expected delivery time is within approx. 4 weeks after confirmed order.

Shipping from Norway to abroad

Ordered/purchased product will be delivered free of charge to the customer's front door at street level. Nb! Expected delivery time is within approx. 4 weeks after confirmed order.

Packaging

The motif is printed on high-quality acrylic glass with an aluminum backing and integrated wall mount (screws to attach the image to the wall are not included). The weight of the image depends on the size of the image. For environmental reasons, packaging is reused where possible and safe for the image's safety during shipping.

Cancellation and returns

Products from Room & Wall Art/the online store are produced to order from the customer. When an order is placed by the customer, it goes directly to the manufacturer and the order cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed. There is therefore no right of withdrawal or return on the order. 

Wrong item and returns

Upon receipt of an incorrect product in relation to the actual order, the incorrect product must be returned to Room & Wall Art/the online store immediately and no later than 7 days after the customer received the incorrect product. A new/correct product will be sent to the customer immediately when the incorrect product has been returned and received by Room & Wall Art.

Complaint and returns

Upon receipt of a damaged product due to manufacturing defects or due to shipping, the customer must immediately upon receipt of the product and at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the product return the damaged product, accompanied by photo documentation of the damage and shipping number, in order to file a complaint with Room & Wall Art/the online store. A new equivalent product will be sent to the customer immediately when the damaged product has been returned and received by Room & Wall Art.
