CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Products from Room & Wall Art/the online store are produced to order from the customer. When an order is placed by the customer, it goes directly to the manufacturer and the order cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed. There is therefore no right of withdrawal or return on the order. It will still be possible to cancel and return the item within 7 days of the purchase, but under special conditions: This means that when canceling an order, the customer will be charged an amount equivalent to 25% of the total purchase price, to cover Room & Wall Art's costs associated with the sale/purchase. 25% of the total amount paid by the customer upon purchase will thus be deducted by the seller from the total amount before the money is returned to the card/account the customer has used to pay for the ordered product. Cancellation of the purchase and refund of 25% assumes that the returned product has first been received by Room & Wall Art within 7 days and is in perfect condition upon receipt.

WRONG ITEM AND RETURNS

Upon receipt of an incorrect product in relation to the actual order, the incorrect product must be returned to Room & Wall Art/the online store immediately and no later than 7 days after the customer received the incorrect product. A new/correct product will be sent to the customer immediately when the incorrect product has been returned and received by Room & Wall Art.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

Upon receipt of a damaged product due to manufacturing defects or due to shipping, the customer must immediately upon receipt of the product and at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the product return the damaged product, accompanied by photo documentation of the damage and shipping number, in order to file a complaint with Room & Wall Art/the online store. A new equivalent product will be sent to the customer immediately when the damaged product has been returned and received by Room & Wall Art.
